(a)

The Creator became human.

Jesus Christ became flesh!

He did not enter a body.

He transmuted to flesh!

(b)

He transformed from spirit to flesh.

He changed his state to mine!

Without this metamorphosis,

He couldn’t save mankind!

(c)

He needed to relate to man.

He had to become man!

Jesus condemned sin in the flesh.

By becoming human!

(d)

Jesus bridged divine and human.

He was both God and man!

He wasn’t half-God and half-man –

He was full God and man!

(e)

He humbled himself to be born.

The great God became man!

He emptied himself of glory,

From divine to mere man!

(f)

He was tempted but never sinned.

Jesus never sinned!

He resisted all temptation.

Our Lord stayed free from sin!

(g)

He only becomes mortal once.

Just one mortality!

Death cannot again embrace him.

He rules death and Hades!

(h)

The devils recognized Jesus.

They knew he was God’s Son!

They begged him to let them be.

They feared God’s only Son!
